Strategic Intelligence Transformation Framework (SITF): A Research-Driven Architecture for Organizational Intelligence in the Age of AI

This paper introduces the Strategic Intelligence Transformation Framework (SITF™), a conceptual architecture defining Organizational Intelligence as the capacity to continuously sense, decide, learn, adapt, and transform while remaining accountable. Drawing on four research streams, it proposes a staged approach to developing an Organizational Intelligence Index and argues that the key question is no longer whether organizations adopt AI, but whether they develop the capabilities to use it effectively and responsibly.

The paper was presented at the International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Computing (ETECOM 2026), held in Paris, France, and will be published in IEEE Xplore.

Toward an Organizational Intelligence Index (OII™): A Research Framework for Measuring Organizational Capability in the Age of AI

This paper develops the conceptual foundations and research architecture for an Organizational Intelligence Index (OII™), which models Organizational Intelligence as a formative third-order aggregate of six dimensions: strategy, data and knowledge, human and organizational factors, technology and AI, governance, and adaptive transformation. It proposes a six-phase validation program with empirically estimated weights, positioning OII as a diagnostic tool that asks what intelligence capabilities an organization has and which to strengthen next, rather than prescribing a single ideal profile/score.

Organizational Intelligence in the Age of AI: A Review and Research Agenda

This paper uses a concept-centric review to synthesize five decades of Organizational Intelligence (OI) research alongside seven related streams—strategic intelligence, organizational learning, knowledge management, dynamic capabilities, collective intelligence, AI readiness and digital transformation, and AI governance—to develop a clear definition of OI and distinguish it from neighboring constructs. It proposes Responsible Intelligence as a constitutive dimension of OI, presents a four-part research agenda, and offers a framework to support future theory development and measurement for organizations navigating AI-driven transformation.
